Graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Neurological Speech Therapy), the Pedagogical University of Kraków (Speech Therapy), and the University of Opole (Polish Philology). Neurological speech therapist at the Neonatal Intensive Care and Neonatal Pathology Unit at UJASTEK Hospital. NDT-Bobath method therapist.
University lecturer in feeding disorder diagnostics, dysphagia, and neurological speech assessment of infants at the Pedagogical University of Kraków and the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków Academy. She frequently serves as a speaker at conferences and training courses dedicated to feeding disorders, including those organised by GoodTooth Academy: ‘Primum non nocere. Ankyloglossia in newborns and infants’. She has authored numerous publications and original training programmes, including ‘Feeding the Premature Infant After Discharge — Not Only Neurological Speech Therapy Challenges’, and co-authored the course ‘Feeding the Premature Infant in the Neonatal Unit’, which is presented regularly at FizjoMed Academy.
For years, she has been providing therapy for infants and young children with difficulties in performing feeding functions. From 2005 to 2017, she collaborated with the Maltese Centre for Assistance to Disabled Children and Their Families in Kraków.
From 2019 to 2024, she collaborated with FizjoMed Private Osteopathy and Physiotherapy Centre in Kraków, where she provided therapy for children and also created the original FizjoMed Eat concept (now NIDO Eat), dedicated to interdisciplinary care for children with feeding disorders. In 2024, she founded NIDO Osteopathy — Physiotherapy — Neurological Speech Therapy as a family-centred clinic, aligned with the NIDO Eat philosophy and comprehensive care for the entire family.
At NIDO, she provides diagnostic consultations and individual therapy sessions for infants. Parents seek her help for children with impaired sucking reflex, difficulties with bottle-feeding, breastfeeding, spoon-feeding, drinking, biting and chewing, swallowing, reluctance to expand their diet, choking or hyperactive gag reflex during feeding, excessive drooling, selective eating or refusing foods of certain textures, flavours, or colours, children who are alternatively fed (tube/PEG), and those requiring feeding support due to cleft palate, cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, craniofacial defects, premature birth, or perinatal hypoxia.
A picky eater herself as a child :) Above all, she loves reading books, coffee, chocolate, and sleep!
