MA Małgorzata Hwang- Integracja Sensoryczna

Graduate of Special Education with a specialization in intellectual disability pedagogy at the Pedagogical University of Kraków. She completed Level I and II specialist courses in sensory integration and its disorders in Warsaw. Graduate of the Interpersonal Skills and Helping Foundations course and the Gestalt Counselling School in Kraków. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Early Childhood Development Support and in Education and Therapy of Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Since 2007, she has been working at the Maltese Centre for Assistance to Disabled Children and Their Families in Kraków, providing therapy for children with sensory processing disorders and supporting parents in the upbringing process. She also works at the Kraków Institute for Education Development, where she teaches on postgraduate sensory integration courses.

She has been affiliated with the Association of Relational-Developmental Therapists for many years. From 2022 to 2024, she collaborated with FizjoMed Private Osteopathy and Physiotherapy Centre, where within the FIZJOMED EAT framework (now NIDO EAT) she provided sensory integration sessions for children up to 7 years of age.

She delivers lectures at universities on sensory integration and early development support, as well as workshops on body awareness and sensorimotor integration. She is the author of the specialist training programme ‘Sensory Aspects in Autism’, which she developed for FizjoMed Academy.

At NIDO, she supports the NIDO EAT team, providing sensory integration sessions for children up to 7 years of age who experience sensory processing difficulties alone, as well as children whose sensory issues co-occur with other developmental challenges: sensory processing disorders, communication disorders, delayed speech development, aphasia, selective mutism, genetic syndromes, intellectual disability, and autism spectrum conditions.
